Otto Stromfelt Managing Director of Henley Business Bureau an online accounting service for restaurants bars and caterers came to Henley in 1985 after a long and successful career in Hyatt International Hotels Asia Pacific division, by invitation from Trusthouse Forte Hotels.

Otto started his career as a successful chef in Sweden which resulted in a master degree at Cornell University USA and led to a most exciting career in Asia Pacific developing new exciting catering concepts for Hyatt Hotels.

Otto started Henley Business Bureau in 1987 initially providing assistance for individual restaurants and bars. This developed into on-line bookkeeping, accountancy, payroll, cost control, marketing, and menu engineering service. This service makes it possible for the restaurateur to concentrate on serving their guests and make money while we look after the accounts and the margins.
