Jacquie came to Henley in 1982. Moving into Lenwade a late Victorian house in the town she has since built up a successful Bed and Breakfast business. The first and only in Henley to have been awarded 5 stars by the AA and VisitBritain (formerly the English Tourist Board)

In 1988, with a partner she founded Perfections Catering Company. One of their first main contracts was to provide freshly prepared ‘home cooked' healthy food to the students of Henley College!

During her time in Henley Jacquie has consulted on various tourism initiatives and currently sits on the Henley Partnership Tourism and Leisure Committee and a Steering Group responsible for overseeing the ‘reinvention' of South Oxfordshire as an area of tourist attraction.
