FoodLover's Club Henrietta Green
Food writer, broadcaster and consultant Henrietta Green is widely acknowledged as the country's leading expert on Britain 's local and regional speciality food producers. Her directory Henrietta Green's Food Lovers' Guide to Britain is credited with creating the appetite for sustainably produced quality food and it was Henrietta 's FoodLovers Fairs that launched Borough as a food market for the public in 1998.
As well as running her website www.foodloversbritain.com Henrietta writes for monthly columns for BBC Good Food and Speciality Food and runs FoodLovers Fairs around the country.
Recognition for Henrietta 's work includes The Good Housekeeping award for outstanding contribution to food 2006; BBC Radio 4 Food Programme award, Campaigner 2000, presented by HRH the Prince of Wales; and one of the 100 influential people in the countryside by voted by Country Life magazine.
