The Game and Wild Food Cookery School
Mike Robinson is the Chef Patron of The Pot Kiln, an amazingly rural pub / restaurant in Berkshire . Mike's passion for game and wild food is reflected in the menus at the pub as well as in his cookbook ‘Wild Flavours'. Mike is also about to start filming his 6th series for UKTV Food. The last series “Heavens Kitchen” documented the purchasing, and renovation of the Pot Kiln.
He is the cookery writer for The Field magazine and is also currently working on two new projects – a Game and Wild Food cookery school and his outside catering company, ‘Pot Kiln Anywhere'.
