Orrawan Matman, Head Chef at the Thai Angel Restaurant brings over 10 years experience at a 5-Star Hotel in Bangkok,Thailand. She has worked in Thai restaurants in London for 5 years and brings many talents to the Thai Angel including special traditional recipes, original meal designs, many unique to Thai Angel and in particular her truly delightful fruit and vegetable carving skills which you will see examples of on show at the Festival.

Our beautifully appointed restaurant in Reading Road seats up to 50 covers in delightful contemporary surroundings with many examples of Thai Art and Craft on display. Food served is Royal Thai Cuisine using only the freshest and finest ingredients and all meals can be tailored to your particular taste by our talented team of Chefs.
