Ghaleb Dabliz, owner of brown sugar has always been passionate about food. Being Lebanese he has a fascination with flavour and insists on everything from brown sugar being of the highest standards. He started the first brown sugar food shop in December 2003 which now also offers both private and corporate catering. Brown Sugar also has its own bakery in Stoke Row and supplies fresh bread every day to a number of local hotels, restaurants and farmers markets.

Brown sugar started with a shop in Twyford in 2003 and now offers a range of food services from freshly baked bread to catering services. The bread is produced at the state of the art bakery in Stoke Row using flour that is milled in Wantage from wheat that is grown on local Oxfordshire farms. It is milled and baked using traditional methods with no preservatives or additives. A wide range of fine quality breads and pastries are available from brown sugar on a daily basis and can be bought from the Twyford shop, local farmers markets and hotels and restaurants such as Hotel du Vin.
Brown Sugar is all about quality food and service - whether you're buying a loaf of bread or feeding 100 guests.
