| Jerome Leopold Originating from North East France, Jerome arrived in England 8 years ago with a view to gain experience, learn English and then take it all back across the channel and 'open a little place of his own'. However, all these years later he is still here, and after working in a variety of establishments in the Berkshire and Oxfordshire area has settled as head chef and co-manager at The Castle Inn at Hurst. Jerome's menus bring together rustic French dishes and British classics, serving them with his uncomplicated and unassuming style.
