HENLEY FOOD FESTIVAL SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE 1 FRIEND OF THE FESTIVAL - £250.00 The Henley Food Festival invites individuals or small companies to support The Festival by becoming a ‘Friend of The Festival’. The pledge is £250 and in return for this you will receive: • A mention in the Official Programme. HENLEY FOOD FESTIVAL SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE 2 STANDARD SPONSORSHIP - £1000 Sponsors of The Henley Food Festival will receive the following in return for their pledge of £1000: • A mention in the Official Festival Programme and your corporate identity/logo will be prominently displayed. • A Listing in The Festival Special pull out printed in The Henley Standard the week before the Festival. • Your Company name will appear under standard sponsors on any official letters sent out during the lead up to The Festival. • Your logo will appear on the Henley Food Festival Official Website on the rotating homepage banner as well as appearing on a Sponsors page listing where you can have your company details and a weblink and logo. • There will be 2/3 graphic boards at The Festival and a banner in the main exhibition area displaying your logo ‘with thanks to’. • Regular announcements will be made throughout The Festival naming and thanking our sponsors. • An association with an exciting and innovative charitable Festival. ....................................................................................................................................................... HENLEY FOOD FESTIVAL SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE 3 ELITE SPONSORSHIP - £5000 Elite Sponsors of The Henley Food Festival will receive the following in return for their pledge of £5000: • A mention in the official programme and your corporate identity/logo will be prominently displayed. • A Listing in The Festival Special Pull out printed in The Henley Standard the week before the Festival. • Your Company name will appear under ‘Elite Sponsors’ on any official letters sent out prior and after the Festival. • Logo on a banner, graphics board and on the main Elite Sponsorship Board behind the area used for Food Demos. • Your logo will appear on the Henley Food Festival Official Website on the rotating homepage banner as well as appearing on a Sponsors page listing where you can have your company details and a weblink and logo. • Regular Announcements will be made throughout The Festival giving priority mentions to our Elite Sponsors. • A VIP Lounge will be available in The Barn. Elite Sponsors will receive 20 tickets which will enable you and your guests to have a drink and a bite to eat during the hours The Festival is on and give you the opportunity to meet and chat to the many Celebrity Chefs who will be giving food demonstrations, tickets valid 10 on Friday and 10 on Saturday. • Large Plasma Screens will be used to transmit the Food demonstrations to the Festival Marquee from The Town Hall. In between Food Demos, Elite Sponsor Logos will be shown on the TV monitor. HENLEY FOOD FESTIVAL SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE 4 TITLE SPONSOR £10,000 There are 4 specific areas available for Title Sponsorship. 1) The Food Demonstrations in The Town Hall. 2) The Local Produce Area in The Barn. 3) The Food Exhibition in the Market Place. 4) The V.I.P/Green Room in The Barn. Your name will be associated with the chosen area ie, “ The Invesco Local Produce Area” In addition to this you will receive all the privileges of an Elite Sponsor. ....................................................................................................................................................... HENLEY FESTIVAL SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE 5 FESTIVAL SPONSOR £50,000 This package gives Sponsors all 4 title Sponsor areas and their Company name in association with The Henley Food Festival ie, ‘The Henley Food Festival in association with Virgin’ or ‘The Virgin Henley Food Festival’ All privileges of Elite Sponsorship.
