Richards Gray are the UK's leading independent conveyancing information and Home Information Pack (HIP) provider. Headquartered only a few miles from Henley in Twyford, the company employs over 200 staff with around 120 from the Henley area.
The company has developed a strong client base of both Estate Agents & Solicitors throughout the Thames Valley and intend to be the leading provider of HIPs in the area.
Historically the company has had very strong links with Henley, not only from the professional angle but also via continued support for Henley Rugby Club, where several of our employees play for the Hawks as well as the amateur Wanderers Club side.
Achievements have included:
. Richards Gray was the leading HIP Supplier in the recent trials supplying over 500 HIPs nationally.
. The company developed and owns the groundbreaking Know Your NeighbourT Report, containing essential planning and local neighbourhood information.
. We also pioneered the concept of search packages for the conveyancing industry with the Richards Gray Conveyancing Pack (RGCP), enabling easy one-stop ordering of all the searches required in any particular case.
. We have pioneered the Private Water and Drainage search, which we introduced in April 2004, and delivered 150,000 of these to the market in 2006.
. The company has developed a state of the art online ordering and delivery system - www.richardsgrayonline.co.uk which has won several awards, the two most recent being at the British Computer Society IM Awards, held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London in December 2006.
