Platinum Sponsorship - £55,000

This is the ultimate Henley Food Festival sponsorship package giving your Company or Brand maximum exposure both prior to and during the two days of the Henley Food Festival.

• As sponsor of the entire Festival, the title of the Festival and title of the main arenas will all be named after your Company or Brand.
• Your Company or Brand logo will be featured on all printed materials and on the festival website.
• Your Company or Brand will be mentioned and promoted in announcements made on the PA system throughout the duration of the Festival.
• In the Henley Standard Supplement, which is a multiple page color pull-out supplement purely about the Festival, your Company or Brand will be featured in a double page spread. The circulation of this supplement is in excess of 35,000 readers and it goes out two weeks prior to the Festival. This feature could be in the form of a Company or Brand profile o advertorial.
• Your branding will be prominently displayed on the Hobb's of Henley boat taxi's which will be running from Henley Bridge to the Festival, throughout the duration of the Festival.
• We will reserve on your behalf, 25 prime viewing front row seats, for the Chef Demonstration of your choice.
• Your logo will be embossed on our own currency which visitors to the Festival will need to purchase in order to be able to purchase produce at the Festival.
• You will be given 50 VIP passes to The Thames Lounge for each day of the Festival.
• You and your guests will be given a unique opportunity to experience a private Master class with the famous Chef Giancarlo Caldesi.

Gold Sponsorship - £25,000

This package will give your Company or Brand all the exposure you would expect as one of the main sponsor of the Festival. It incorporates excellent marketing exposure both prior to and during the two days of the Henley Food Festival and gives you privileges to enjoy with your guests during the festival.

• As title sponsor your Company or Brand name will be included in the title of the Henley Food Festival i.e. "The 'Brand or Company' Henley Food Festival".
• Your Company or Brand logo will be featured in all the printed literature and on the website.
• Your Company or Brand will be mentioned and promoted in announcements made on the PA system throughout the duration of the Festival.

Silver 'Arena' Sponsorship - £10,000

The Arena Sponsorship package will give your Company or Brand exclusive exposure within the Arena of your choice.   It will also include exposure leading up to the Festival as well as around the site of the Festival during the two days.

• One of the Arenas listed below will be named after your Company or Brand.

The Food Hall    ~    The Chef's Demonstration Arena    ~ The Food Producers Arena

• Your Company or Brand logo will be featured at the entrance of your chosen Arena. It will also be featured in all printed materials and on the website.
• Your Company or Brand will be mentioned and promoted in announcements made on the PA system throughout the duration of the Festival.
• In the Henley Standard Supplement, which is a multiple page color pull-out supplement purely about the Festival, your Company or Brand will be featured. The circulation of this supplement is in excess of 35,000 readers and it goes out two weeks prior to the Festival. This feature could be in the form of a Company or Brand profile or advertorial.
• Your branding will be displayed on the Hobb's of Henley boat taxi's which will be running from Henley Bridge to the Festival, throughout the duration of the Festival.
• We will reserve on your Company's behalf, 15 prime viewing seats, for the Chef Demonstration of your choice.
• You will be given 15 VIP passes for The Thames Lounge each day of the Festival.

Silver "Thames Lounge" Sponsorship - £10,000

This Sponsorship package will give your Company or Brand exclusive exposure within the Thames Lounge, our VIP area. It will also include exposure leading up to the Festival as well as around the site of the Festival during the two days of the Henley Food Festival.

• The VIP area will be named after your Company or Brand.
• Your Company or Brand logo will be featured at the entrance of The Thames Lounge. It will also be featured in all the printed materials and on the website.
• Your Company or Brand will be mentioned and promoted in announcements made on the PA system throughout the duration of the Festival.
• In the Henley Standard Supplement, which is a multiple page color pull-out supplement purely about the Festival, your Company or Brand will be featured. The circulation of this supplement is in excess of 35,000 readers and it goes out two weeks prior to the Festival. This feature could be in the form of a Company or Brand profile or advertorial.

• NB:  There is an option for this sponsor to be a sponsor in kind. To do this you would need to provide and arrange for the service of Champagne, wine, soft drinks and canapés to be served in The Thames Lounge throughout both days of the Festival. We anticipate that you would need to cater for a maximum of 200 guests each day.

BRONZE ~ 'Corporate Sponsor' Sponsorship at £5,000

The Corporate Sponsorship package will give your Company or Brand exposure in advertising material for the Henley Food Festival and gives you privileges to enjoy with your guests during the Festival.

• Your Company will be mentioned and promoted in announcements made on the PA system throughout the duration of the Festival.
• Your Company will be featured on the Henley Food Festival website, including your logo Company name and profile.
• Your Company name and logo will be presented in the Festival programme, which will be distributed to every adult who visits the Festival.
• In the Henley Standard Supplement, which is a multiple page color pull-out supplement purely about the Festival, your Company name and logo will be featured. The circulation of this supplement is in excess of 35,000 readers and it goes out two weeks prior to the Festival.
• Your branding will be displayed on the jetty at the Festival from which the Hobb's of Henley boat taxis will be running, throughout the duration of the Festival.
• We will reserve on your Company's behalf, 10 prime viewing seats, for the Chef Demonstration of your choice.
• You will be given 10 VIP passes for The Thames Lounge for each day of the Festival.
